Refund Policy

The KAYWEE Promise

At KAYWEE, we curate pieces that are meant to be cherished. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy designed with your convenience in mind.

7-Day Exchange Privilege

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our atelier, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.
  • Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at kaywee.pk@gmail.com for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
