By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

3. Products & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Payment & Account Information

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, as well as online payment through Shopify's secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details ourselves — they are handled entirely by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order — including orders placed under the same account, phone number, or shipping address.

Creating an account is optional but lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and leave reviews. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account and delivery information, and to promptly update it (including your email and shipping address) so we can fulfill your order and reach you if needed.

5. Reviews & User Content

If you leave a product review, it's held for our review before it appears publicly — we check that it's genuine and relevant, not that it's positive. By submitting a review you confirm it reflects your own honest experience and that it doesn't contain anything false, abusive, or infringing on someone else's rights. We may remove any review at our discretion.

6. Shipping & Returns

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
