Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses across Pakistan. Every order is handled with care and dispatched from our atelier once your details are confirmed.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During festive or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed if there's any meaningful delay.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your city and courier availability. Major cities are usually faster; more remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs & Cash on Delivery
We currently offer free shipping nationwide on all orders. Should this ever change, any shipping charge will always be calculated and clearly shown before you confirm your order — never a surprise at your door. We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, alongside secure online payment through Shopify's checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can check its status any time from our Track Order page using your order reference and email address.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays outside our control (weather, regional disruptions, courier backlogs) can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the courier directly on your behalf.
